Registration Terms & Conditions for Public Classes
A reservation is made upon submitting the completed registration form. Registrants are deemed to have read, understood and accepted the registration terms and condition stated herein.
All courses are subject to confirmation and registrants will be notified of the course status via email or/and phone about 3-5 working days prior to commencement date. Under unforeseen circumstances, course details are subject to change.
Upon course confirmation, full payment is required to be made to secure a place. Payment by cheque is payable to “BAHASAGURU PTE LTD”. Please mail the crossed cheque to BAHASAGURU PTE LTD, 3 Church Street, Level 25 Samsung Hub, Singapore 049483, or visit our office during the working operation days/time. Please indicate your name, contact number, course title, and date of commencement on the reverse side. Payment can also be made via bank transfer. Please contact our course consultant for more details. If you wish to make payment by cash, please contact us. Do not send cash via mail. BAHASAGURU PTE LTD should not be held liable for any cost of lost mails that occurs during the process.
BAHASAGURU PTE LTD has the right to cancel any course at short notice. In the event that the course is cancelled prior to the commencement, BAHASAGURU PTE LTD will process a full refund of the course fee already paid by the registrant.
BAHASAGURU PTE LTD shall not be held liable for any contingent cost incurred by the registrant arising from the cancellation.
A registrant who wishes to cancel his/her registration must inform BAHASAGURU PTE LTD in writing (eg. via email) prior to course confirmation.
No cancellation is allowed and no refund will be made after the course commencement.
