Advanced (Level 1)

What are the common social issues in Indonesia? Do you want to be able to read Indonesian newspapers, journals and periodicals? The advanced level is designed to accelerate the students’ skills in reading, writing, speaking and listening. With the solid foundation established via the previous modules, students are expected to confidently seek information about current issues from the Indonesian media and engage in discussions about social topics. More aspects of the Indonesian culture are introduced in this module through the contemporary cinematic medium and other sources. Completion of the previous level or pre-course assessment is required before joining this level.
